PJM650 PROJECT SCENARIO McEvers Middle School's principal, Jacqueline Davis, has received grant approval and has been awarded 75 new HP Envy 15-ep1010nr laptops for their three computer labs. The following criteria must be met: Laptops will accommodate 25 students per class. Laptops must have monitor connection to at least 10 existing monitors. Students will be able to checkout laptops through the school lab checkout system with approval. Laptops will need to be Internet-accessible and equipped with the following browsers: o MS Edge o Google Chrome o Mozilla Firefox The laptop software must also include Microsoft 365 with the following: o Word o Excel o PowerPoint o MS Teams o OneNote o Outlook All student laptops will require comprehensive security protection and configured for Internet restrictions. All laptops must have connectivity to the school district network and server infrastructure. All software and laptop configurations must be installed and tested prior to project implementation. The project is scheduled to be started 5 days after delivery and must be completed within 5 weeks. Project Manager Responsibilities As the project manager, you will be responsible for leading the team of three other resource infrastructure technicians,as follows:
