To evaluate the delivery time, Amazon had four different carriers deliver the same package to a Tampa, Fla. address from four different fulfillment centers (warehouses). The time (days) to prepare, pickup and deliver the package to the Tampa address is shown in the table below. Costs are the same for all carriers and all centers. The purpose of the anlysis is to determine the most efficient combination of carrier and fulfillment center to serve central Florida. Analyze the data and write a detailed memo to your immediate supervisor, Jaime Jamison, with your findings and recommendations. All calculations are to be entered on the red-tabbed worksheet.
