For example, the first resource in the list is the Product Marketing Manager for the task of a pre-planning meeting. Where would you place the Product Marketing Manager?

Do you think they would be Responsible for this task, Accountable, Consulted or Informed? Once you determine which role they will be assigned, move to the next resource, the VP of Marketing. And then do the same for the next task and resources and so on.

** Remember you can only have one person assigned as Accountable for each task!
