Plaintiff is injured in an automobile collision and is taken by EMS to Brackenridge Hospital where he is admitted for treatment for 7 days. Is there an exception to the hearsay rule whereby the Plaintiff's medical records can be admitted into evidence at trial through the testimony of the custodian of the medical records or will the Plaintiff's lawyer be required to call to testify each person who made each entry into each medical record to get the medical records into evidence?
