An infrastructural development project awarded to Docker.ST Limited is running on a tight schedule and strongly constrained budget. You and your team have identified 76 stakeholders and have already captured and analyzed their requirements and assured of their support for the objectives contained in the project charter. Mid-way into the 19-month project, one of your major stakeholders requested that the features of one of the deliverables be modified to make it more appealing to the end users. The first thing that crossed your mind was that this requirement was not captured initially and might impact the baselines and other constraints negatively though the approval or rejection is still subject to the decision of the Change Control Board (CCB) on the project. You were on your way for a very important meeting when you got to know about this change request. As a project manager trained in a world class institution :

(ii) What would you do (in either case) if the request is approved or rejected?
