Planning to embark on a solo trip around the world.This trip must conform to the following constraints.

Have a total duration of 20 weeks. The budget for the trip is $20,000.You must visit a minimum of 10 countries on three continents.Your mode of travel must contain at least:

• two flights
• one ferry/cruise
• one train
• one rental car
• one bus

Your project start date should be in the future.You are the Project Manager for this project.Using the MSG software to create Project Schedule.Project should contain four phases: Initiating Phase, Planning Phase, Executing Phase, Closing Phase.

• Each of the Work Packages from my WBS should be placed into the appropriatePhasein my MSG Project Schedule
• For each Work Package, define the Activities needed to complete the Work Package
• For each Activity, define the:
  • Assigned To (this should bein most cases; do not assign these activities to stakeholders such as the college, government officials, etc.
  • Duration
  • Progress (should be 0% at this point)
  • Do not enter the Start Date at this point.

Schedule should contain all Work Packages that were contained in Work Breakdown Structure.
