Plans are meant to be made in a fresh context. The manager is in charge of persuading workers that change is necessary to survive in the market. Change is difficult because employees fear losing their jobs (Budiartha, 2018). Due to the cultural transition from America to Canada, Southwest needs help implementing change. Because workers are acclimated to Canadian concepts, implementing change will take time and effort. Human resource staff should communicate before initiating the change process, which is critical for success. Workers will be polled on their thoughts and suggestions for implementing the transformation process (Opatha, 2020)
