6. Abdul, Abdul Jabar and Abdul Jabar Jr., siblings, were hired by "Nasty Mac" Macario to kill their neighbor because he smiles a lot. To fortify their agreement, Nasty Mac and the Abdul brothers executed a Contract to eliminate Joselito "Masyadong Pogi" Smith. The Abduls then went to the house of Masyadong Pogi and shot him in the arm. When Joselito asked why he was shot, the Abdul stated: "Masyado kang pogi" then the last bullet to the head. The following day, the Abduls went to Nasty Mac for the payment. Nasty Mac did not want to pay the amount and so the Abduls went to the court to file a case. They showed the judge the contract wherein it was stated the Nasty Mac was bound to pay Php. 50,000.00 for the job. It later turned out that the Judge and Joselito were cousins.
