She is settled and currently living in Bangladesh and she wishes to start a business of producing peanut butter here in Bangladesh. Tabassum is not aware, neither is she acquainted properly with the laws relating to business in Bangladesh. Advice Tabassum on how she can start her business in Bangladesh, what procedures she will have to follow if there are any for incorporating a company in Bangladesh. (5 marks) 2. Hatija works at HSBC in banani branch as a clerk. she has been working there for the past three years diligently without any complaints against her from any of her superior or supervisors. Recently in the year 2020 a complaint had been filed against her that she was not available during the office hours when needed in most of the occasions. Hatija contends that she worked according to her working hour time table. Moreover, she had applied for a leave last month which was denied. Advise Hatija with regards to her legal rights of working hours and advise her weather any of her legal rights has been infringed with regards to her leave being denied. (5 marks) 3. Sana is a worker in a factory, she has been working at Globe beverages for the past 6 months and recently she discovers that she is pregnant. She is unaware with regards to the legal rights available to her in case of maternity leave and benefits. Advise Sana with regards to her legal rights and also state under which law.
