There are two ways to send commands: 1. Unicast (one per meter) 2. Broadcast (all meters at once) You will develop a calculation engine to determine how long it will take to update all of a meter population's firmware. 1. The fastest way is to broadcast, but this is insecure. Why? 2. The most secure way is to unicast, but this is slow. Why? The city of Pasco has x meters: 25,000 meters and 1,000 packets (in 1 hr/hrs) Calculate the following and out the exact number of the calculation and show your work: 3.
