help me to complete the task. by using HTML

1 ] creat a html page in which must have 3 activity.

{A} food donation {B} water saving {C} energy saving

2 ] All three Activity { A, B, C} should have a Add button and next to them it must have a box in which any user can write a number. for example:- as we go on shopping page if we want to buy same product 5 or 6 so we can just write 6 in the box and then as we click on add button the product should give total in the main box.

3 ] you can use html,css both make shore that all three activity can be added as many time as the user access.

4 ] users must be able to see the total number of activity he or she has added . for that just creat a simple box at the botton of the three activity which can display the total number.
