Question: Draw an REA DIAGRAM on paper for British Tea Pot

REA DIAGRAM related only to purchasing inventory and supplies, renting booths, and paying for all items.

Read Scenario Below:

British Tea Pot sells premium English tea sets (teacups and teapots) exclusively at antique shows in various places in New Zealand.

British Tea Pot purchases inventory from individuals at garage sales, flea markets, antique malls, and estate sales. Therefore, all inventories are unique and are recorded when they are purchased. Each time Catherine Napier (the owner) makes a purchase, she records the vendor's name, address, purchase date, specific items purchased, the price paid, and the total amount spent. Later, Catherine checks the tea sets and decides prices on the inventory for sale to customers. To do that, she assigns a unique inventory number to each item and records the asking price.

All inventory purchases are immediately paid fully by cash or company checks from a British Tea Pots bank account by accounting staff. Cash received from customer sales is also deposited in this account.

Every month, the company rents a booth at various antique shows. A deposit is always required, with the balance due at the start of the show. The deposit and final payment are recorded, along with the show organiser's name and address, in the same worksheet on which purchases of inventory and supplies are recorded.
