Your submission should touch on concepts from each chapter. There is a medium sized roofing company that is family owned and operated. There are currently 100 employees holding positions from office admin, secretary, inspectors, and general roofing labourers which are of varying experience. Operations consist of the following: - Inspections of locations for the following purposes: - estimation preparation for home sales/resales leaks and potential repairs and subsequent repair work estimation complete removal, and replacement to adding an additional layer of shingles or patchwork for repairs - installation of varying roofing materials from: - asphalt shingles, - cedar shake, asphait, - tar and gravel (flat roof), - living roof, - clay tile and - metal act as a distributor for those who want to order high quality roofing supply products and complete the work themselves delivery of roofing materials to the jobs site clean up of job site and proper disposal of excess and used materials disposal bins provided and emptied key employees and job site leaders are provided with a company vehicle which has advertising on it all other employees are required to use their own vehicles to and from job sites and for running small errands during work hours or for work purposes (ie. Run to a Home Depot for additional nails, etc.) internet presence with a website and customers ability to provide reviews (that are not company selected and reviewed first) payment forms are typically done as a deposit to get the job start ( 50% of estimate required as a deposit) and the remainder due on day of completion of the job and taken on the job site or their main office - acceptable payment forms are cash, bank draft, or credit card o accounting is completed at the main office with the Accountant and assistance logging all accounts recelvable/payable, and payroll main office location is Main Street W in Hamilton (in a renovation/industrial type of strip mall that also houses a flooring supplier, paint store, home interior decor and staging store, as well as a stucco and brick company) Further explanation to identify.
