Aztec Mechanical would like to determine capacity requirements for the next four years. Currently, two production lines are in place for making sprinkler head attachments. Three types of sprinklers are avallable in both plastic and bronze: 90ES, 1208S, and 220B. Management has forecast demand for the next four ycars as follows: Both production lines can produce all the different types of sprinkler attachments. Each of the machines needed for the bronze BS attachments require three operators and can produce up to 18,000 sprinklers per machine. The plastic injection machines needed for the plastic BS attachments require four operators and can produce up to 300,000 joints. Three bronze machines and only one plastic injection machine are available. What are the capacity requirements for the next four years? For full marks please make sure to do enter information in the chart as follows: Demand must be entered in whole numbers - remember that the chart is shown in 000's, so you do NOT need to include the 3 Os. Percent cagacity must be shown as a percent with up to 2 decimal places. Machine requirements must be the actual-calculated number to 2 decimal places - do NOT round up to full machine. Labour requirements must be the actual-calculated number to 2 decimals - do NOT round up to a full operator. What are the capacity requirements for the next four years?
