Liz has been at Sparkle Cleaning for 2 years and has 4 years of total experience in the field. Liz has fast become the top cleaner in the company, with clients specifically asking for her to clean their homes or businesses. Last month, in error, the pay cheques for these two workers were placed in the wrong envelope, so Jeremy saw that Liz is making $17.50 an hour and he is making $16.50 an hour. He is angry and thinks this is a case of  pay inequity. Is Jeremy correct?  Explain
