1. Salman and Ayesha were in love back home in India for 8 years. They both got married in Court in 2013. Then they both applied for study permit but got rejected because of their insufficient finances. Later on, the applied for TRV and received one for 1 year duration. Their families were against this marriage. They both belong to same religion but different semi caste, thus they were not allowed to get marry. They came to Canada for their honeymoon in 2014 and then she gave birth to premature twins while they were in Canada. They are afraid to go back to India because of the fights between their families, and they were threatened to be executed if they were to come back home and their children would be placed into an orphanage. All their lives are in danger. What options has Ayesha and Salman have? Are they eligible for PR? If so, which application and provision they should use?
