Personal Loan Processing at Mammoth Credit Union Mammoth Community Credit Union (MCCU) is located in Great Valley, in the neighborhood of Sunny College. Its clients are mostly employees and students from the College. The union offers many types of loans to its clients such as home loans, car loans, and personal loans. The personal loan processing is as follows When a client submits a personal loan application, a loan officer will keep it in a log file. Then the application from the log will be processed further with a verification with an external credit bureau to determine the client's creditworthiness. If the client doesn't have a satisfactory rating from the credit bureau, a decline letter will be sent to the client and the file will be marked closed Otherwise, the officer will create an offer for the client Initially a standard rate is applied for all offers. However, if the client has an excellent credit rating, he/she will be awarded with an extra discount rate. The offer is prepared in 2 copies: one is sent to the client and the other is kept on file Once the client accepts and sends back the signed offer, a formal contract will be prepared in 2 copies: one for the client and the other for the record. A personal bank account (at MCCU) will be created for the accepted client with the approved loan amount Tasks: Develop a set of DFDs to model the Personal Loan Processing at MCCU .System Outline listing entities, system input/output, all tasks for each function/process, and data stores identified in this system.
