Shifter a. Please design a 4-bit circular shifter (right shift) by using D or JK flip-flop. You may need 2-1 multiplexers to parallel load the initial input values into your circuit. Please show me your circuit with input value of 1001. (2) b. Do not use flip-flop. Given a 4-bit input, design a logical shifter which can shift input value to right by more than one digit. Four status: no shift, shift 1 digit, shift 2 digits, shift 3 digits. The use of Multiplexers is required. (2)
