Materials cost 30 percent of sales and are purchased and received each month in an amount sufficient to cover the current month's expected sales. Materials are paid for in the month they ore recelved. Labour expense is 50 percent of seles and is poid in the month of sales. Selling and administrative expense is 4 percent of soles and is also poid in the month of sales. Overhead is $31,000 in cash pet month; amortization experne is 511,300 pet month. Toxes of $9.200 will be paid in Januery and dividends of $2.000 will be paid in Mareh. Cash at the beginning of January is 3106.000 and the minimum desired cash balance is $101,000. o.
