In 2017 Sunny Limited (SL)was incorporated providing equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry. All funds are provided and managed through RL. In January 2022, SL entered into an agreement with Xenon Limited to supply flue gas turbines and slide valves for Xenon Limited's refinery. The terms of the agreement included a payment of Slmillion US upon signing (which was deposited into the account of RL) and the balance of $500, 000 US upon delivery. The delivery date of the equipment was April 30th, 2022. On lst May 2022 SL announced closure of its operations.
