In order to assess, evaluate and select the most feasible option that has high potential to be culturally aware reflecting the diverse population( Hybrid approach was chosen as the most feasible in the Arts in Gauteng Province using weighted scoring model (Please also assist with calculations)

Option 1. Duplicate the previous events (and change nothing)

Option 2. Increase the number of sites for 2023 festivals

Option 3: Go virtual through digital online platform for the festival

Option 4: Hybrid approach(Most feasible option)

The festival aims to be culturally aware reflecting the diverse population in the Gauteng province international festival in South Africa

Test- what are things that will make sure culture comes to life?

What are the things we going to do to be culturally aware? Make assumption- factors to look at

1. Strong collaboration on local diverse- different cultures, traditions
2. Diverse languages in Gauteng- language difference, give access to different cultures look at interest level and different languages

3. Learn about others- attractiveness, high interest

4. Digital platforms- raise more interest, what attracts people from different cultures
