The Cable Contract ,Assuming that you are a Freelance Project and Procurement expert, you have been approached by Chandran for a fee to help him deal with his current predicaments. Help him to find his way out to salvage the project that is slowly slipping from his control with the deadline fast approaching.

(c) Based on the above, make recommendations on the way forward and justify your recommendations.
