As a CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT Specialist managing the MultiChoice South Africa database, what strategies and campaign ideas would you put in place to assist the business reduce churn and retain customers in light of these conditions?

These strategies need to take into account the climate of the economy as well as the sentiment of the consumer.
