You are sitting around the fire at a lodge in the Sabie Sands Holiday Resort, discussing a hunting expedition, you are planning with your colleagues at Great Adventures (GA). Earlier in the day you received a fax from the president of a big private company. He wants to reward his top management team (6 people) by taking them on an all-expenses-paid hunting expedition adventure. He would like Great Adventures to organise and lead the expedition. You have just finished a preliminary scope statement for the project (to organise and lead a 5-day hunting expedition down the Hoedspruit area from June 21 to 25 at a cost not to exceed R 300000 ).
