Please briefly explain the biochemistry of tobacco smoking and nicotine addiction. How nicotine has a pleasure effect on tobacco smokers? Which hormone is responsible for this? Can tobacco smokers get the same pleasure at different times? If it is not the case, please explain the reason. What are your suggestions to quit smoking while getting the similar pleasure (not electronic cigarettes or nicotine bands, other than nicotine based ways)?
