Design a one-hot adder circuit 8 + 8 16 to add two numbers in 8-bit one-hot representation. The result is of course the 16-bit one-hot representation of the sum. Hint: take two one-hot-to-binary converters (OHB 3 : 8 3), add up the numbers in binary using a rippling 3-bit adder (plus carry out), and convert the 4-bit sum back into one-hot by BOH 4 : 4 16. You may refer to the known converters and the adder by a labelled box only.
