Yesterday Hello, 1: After reading the case study, it was evident that Marianne and Betsy have different leadership styles. Marianne is more personal, values the connection with her staff, and could be seen as a mentor to some of her staff. She would be considered a country club management style. She prioritizes her relationships over her work. Maybe not at a drastic level but in my opinion, she does not hold them on the same level. Betsy, I would describe as an orientation leadership style because she prioritizes work, and relationships come second to her. 2. Betsy could alter her leadership style to benefit the company and her relationships with Bridget and Suzanne. Even though they are all in different age ranges, she could find similarities, which can strengthen their connection. This is not the case with all managers or supervisors in the job. Still, sometimes if you view your employers or coworkers as friends, it could be difficult for someone to correct their actions if they are not held to the supervisor's expectations. 3. I believe Marianne could alter her leadership style by setting goals and completing them to benefit the company. As I stated, she focuses mainly on the relationship of her employees, which is good to have those connections. But at the same time, you still have a job that needs to be done, and if those requirements are not met, no one can succeed within the company, and growth will deteriorate. 4. I believe Marianne and Betsy could work together if they both give and take from each other. Focusing on strengthening their relationships and communication. It can significantly alter the work energy and make it more beneficial for the employees
