Instructions This part of the paper builds upon the work that you have previously submitted. By this point you will have conducted an analysis of your organization and determined areas that the organization should focus on to improve. You have completed a Literature Review (Annotated Bibliography) of at least 10 sources that focus on those OT areas. With the literature synthesis you are further exploring published information on your OT focus areas. With the Annotated Bibliography you provided a summary or overview of each of your sources. With the literature synthesis you are analyzing published data. You will compare/contrast data between published authors and synthesize or combine information to provide a coherent paper that addresses Organizational Theory and specifically data that you will utilize in Part D for recommendations. Students will discuss applicable concepts, dynamics, and models from not only their literature review, but from course materials and the text. The student must identify and discuss current issues and/or challenges organizations face today. Show how OT concepts relate to and/or support these issues and challenges. The Literature Synthesis should be approximately 810 pages. Due Sunday by 11:59 pm C.T
