Please describe what you think are appropriate actions if you were the audit team leader as a manager, and you had the following issues arise on the audit(treat them as individual, unrelated items):

1. In the fall of your senior year you begin recruiting for a summer internship with one of the accounting firms to begin upon graduation you intend to go to graduate school in the fall. Your two closest friends are in the same situation and you all have interviews with the same firm. During your office interview, one of the CPA firm managers tells you that you are the only UCSD student they are seriously considering for an internship position. When you return to your dorm, your friends ask how the interview went what do you say?

2. One of the administrative assistants in your CPA firms office calls you to say that she saw the clients controller at a restaurant, very drunk and being obnoxious, then get in a car and drive away and she knows he lives a long way from the restaurant. What do you do with this information?
