This proposal describes how to use technology and user$-$friendly design to create a comprehensive project management tool that would address these issues.

The main goal of this project is to create a simple and straightforward tool for project management that makes it easier to organize, monitor, and finish projects and tasks on time. We will concentrate on a few important aspects. First, making it simple for users to create, manage, and oversee several projects and the duties that go along with them. Secondly, offering tools for setting and managing project milestones to guarantee prompt advancement. Third, providing features to differentiate between finished and unfinished jobs, similar to a to$-$do list. Last but not least, including a file management system that works similarly to Dropbox and Google Drive to help users efficiently manage files and folders.

The proposed project management application will enable the creation of numerous projects, each can include multiple tasks. Users can track their progress on particular tasks and arrange their work into smaller chunks with the use of this tool. The tool will additionally allow setting and tracking of project milestones by users. This will help with project tracking and goal$-$setting by dividing tasks into manageable chunks. Thirdly, the app will have an interface similar to a to$-$do list where users can mark if the tasks are completed, giving them a clear picture of their progress. Finally, the system will have a file management feature like Google Drive that will enable users to upload files, navigate across directories, set up deep folder structures, and manage files with renaming and moving capabilities. This feature makes sure that every document associated with the project is accessible and well$-$organized.

We are planning to use Figma to create system UI prototypes of our dashboard design, such as the layout and navigation structure. We also decided to construct the application$$s front end using FlutterFlow, which offers a low$-$code platform that makes it possible to design and launch applications quickly. We will start our development process by configuring Firebase integration for database administration, file storage, and authentication for backend services. Our goal is to produce a project management application that is both aesthetically beautiful and useful, using Flutterflow and Figma. To fulfil the demands of current individuals, this application will improve productivity, streamline project workflows, and offer a centralized platform for efficient project$$management$.$
