Emmanuel's transport times ATC18m PTC 25. He transports patients safely and efficiently. Emmanuel needs to work on his delay/ in progress on time. Emmanuel's PM dispatcher and trainer. He holds team members accountable and communicates effectively with clinical staff members if required. Emmanuel works well with others and can consistently demonstrate leadership if needed. Clinical staff members around the hospital respect him due to his commitment to working as a dispatch to get the job done. Emmanuel has built a strong team alliance with his lead on duty to help the shift make work easier for the team. Continues to display the HRTT and hold team members accountable.

Every reliable with attendance. Consistently arrives on time and rarely calls off. Requires micromanaging. Needs to be advised multiple times about the same situations; re: Do not sit at the computer desk while on lunch; Clock out right away for break; Scan the patients bracelet; clean up after you eat; Do not use your personal phone in the hallways. This names a few, and still currently must remind him on most of the policies listed. Very knowledgeable but not always willing to share it and can be lax with completing procedures. Ive asked him how he would handle a particular situation thats new to me and I dont get a serious response. He has been disrespectful to me in the past. Since being spoken to our working relationship has improved slightly.
