Non- solicitation The employee will not, during the term of this agreement and for a period of two years after the termination of this Agreement, directly or indirectly employ or solicit for employment any person who is now employed or retained bu the employer or any affiiate of the employer without the prior written consent of the employer, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.
