1. Which terms of the Navier-Stokes equation (if any) can be neglected for the following situations? Use the Navier-Stokes equations for Cartesian coordinates. For each term eliminated, provide a brief justification for its elimination. (15 points - 5 points each) a.) Unidirectional (in the x-direction), pressure-driven flow from a syringe pump on a laboratory benchtop (i.e. flow is steady), and between two infinitely wide plates. You may also assume we are analyzing a section of the device with a fully-developed flow profile. b.) Unidirectional (in the x-direction), pressure-driven flow from a peristaltic pump (i.e. flow is pulsatile) between two infinitely wide plates. c.) Fluid flowing downward (steady) in the y-direction, driven by gravity only. The fluid is flowing between two infinite parallel plates, spaced at + h on the z axis. Consider the flow to be fully-developed
