Please explain the difference between negligence liability and

strict liability. Do you agree with the statement that in all

product liability tort cases (i.e. suing a manufacturer for

alleged harm caused by products) strict liability and not

negligence should be applied in determining whether to hold a

business liable for the harm caused by their products ? Please

explain why and/or why not
