Please explain the difference with the first and second screenshot. Need clarification in the term $"$On the fly". The total cost on the first screenshot includes $10$ I$/$Os and in the second one the total I$/$O cost iis $3,200$ I$/$Os$.$ Can you please provide the answer for second screenshot and explain. On the second screenshot the $10$ additional I$/$Os are not included because are not saved into the disk? Please provide a throughly explanation with definitions to understand this.
