Please find an article, report, or other publication that addresses an organization's approach to collection, display, and interpretation of performance data. Specifically, find an example of a balanced scorecard or relevant performance dashboard. Show the dashboard display. Be sure that it is used for quality assurance (and not, for example, for providing information on how to operate the process).

A critique will be required, including its ability to promote a process-oriented quality system. For example, can the metrics be misinterpreted or does it account for random variation?
