5. A stirred-tank heating system used to preheat a solution at a constant flow rat of w(kg/h). The volume in the tank is V(m3), and density and specific heat of the solution are, respectively (kg/m3) and C(cal/gC). The heating rate is Q(cal/h). The inlet solution and tank temperature are Ti and T. a) Set up a transfer function model to relate reactor T with Ti and Q for this heating system. b) what are the values of the parameters in this transfer function, if V=3,w=1000,=900,C=1. c) if the heating rate is kept constant at 3107cal/h with the initial inlet and outlet temperatures of 100 and 130C. When inlet temperature is increased suddenly from 100 to 120C, how long will it take before the outlet temperature changes from 130 to 135C. (20%)
