Cindy Nelson is a real estate property manager who has just quit her position with a well-established real estate company to start her own property management company. At the moment she has signed contracts with 30 homeowners (single family and town houses) and will require tenants to sign a oneyear lease. Cindy needs a database to help her to keep track of signing on new tenants, closing leases and to help with keeping track of who has or has not paid their monthly rent. She also needs to keep track of a list of local companies who can be called to make any repairs to any of the houses she will manage when tenants make a service request or for any renovations to be made when tenants move out.
