.PLEASE HELP/ DO NOT ATTEMPT IF YOU ARE GOING TO COPY.

Introduction: You are employed by the Hope Center (a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Minnesota) as a Manager of New Program Development. You have been directed by your Executive Director to develop a new program/service line proposal and budget as part of a larger grant proposal that your organization is submitting to a local foundation. Hope Center can be any type of nonprofit you wish for it to be. You can model it off an existing nonprofit organization (i.e. one you work at, volunteer for, etc.), or you can invent an entirely new organization. My only requirement is that you should imagine it to be a nonprofit with revenues of at least $500,000 annually (if the organization is too small, youll struggle with some components of this assignment). Remember, this is a fictional nonprofit with a fictional new program/service line. Even if you model your idea from an existing nonprofit, you should be inventing the new program/service line on behalf of the Hope Center, where you are currently employed. Remember (and this is critical!) to use in-text citations anytime you borrow ideas that are not your own.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM: THIS program is designed to help with foster care kids ages 15-18 who are aging out of foster care. It is designed to provide stuff like employment help, mentors, housing, etc.

The question I need help with

Write a Personnel Proposal for the types of staff, and numbers of staff you will need. This will require outside research into salary ranges for the types of staff you are proposing for your new program/service line. Aim for about a page of content, describing the duties each staff member will be responsible for, and how much funding you anticipate needing to pay for them (dont forget benefits, along with hourly pay or annual salary for each employee). Do not include your own salary; this is simply for the new staff you will hire.
