please help explain in C programming language.

Given 1d array length x (or predetermined length) can I please get help shifting this array right 1 position each series the user inputs such as if the user enters series 3 the array will get shifted right 3 times. Or if there are resources i can look at to accomplish this understanding that would be very helpful as well
