Resource requirements To complete this task, you will require the following resources: 0 Task 2 Email Correspondence. Scenario You go into work one Monday morning and are dreading going in because: 0 Customer satisfaction rates have dropped by 20%. Your turnaround time for responding to customers has increased to 3 days. - Thursday's meeting minutes have not been sent (this is the 5th time this has happened) - Friday's grocery and stationery order has not gone out for three weeks, and the staff are complaining supplies are low. 0 Bookkeeping is two weeks behind schedule You start to panic as you know you have been busy lately due to two staff members being away. You have asked other team members to assist with your training to complete your SMART goal. You have not yet started as you are repeatedly told they are too busy to help you. Instructions Use the Task 2 Email Correspondence to: 0 Notify your Supervisor of your progress towards your SMART goal 0 Explain to them why the KPIs have not been met 0 Ask for their help in meeting your KPls and goals.
