Please help me answer this. I'm confused the predictor variables i need to run in SPSS.

The SPSS showed 7 variables, but per the situation below, there is only 5 variables indicated.

Should i do 5 predictor values as stated in the situation or do the 7 variables shown in SPSS so I can run the multiple regression test in SPSS.

Please see below the statistical analysis situation.

A researcher wanted to explore the relationship between body strength in elderly women and the number and severity of accidents these women have. The researcher collects data on 100 elderly women for this study. The women initially undergo a number of measures that assess lower-and upper-body strength. Over the next five years, the women record each time they have an accident that results in a bodily injury and a full description of the injury. On the basis of these data, Mary calculates for these women scores on an overall injury index (the dependent variable). Mary decides to conduct a multiple regression analysis with five predictor variables, assessing strength in quadriceps, gluteus/hamstrings, abdominals/lower back, arms/shoulders, and grip strength to investigate the relationship between these predictor variables and the overall injury index. Understanding the relationship may help with future predictions regarding injury for other elderly women. The data collected for this study can be found in the dataset Body Strength and Injury:
