Course: HRM742(Introduction to Business Management & Organizational Behaviour)

1. Explain how the theories relating to communication in general, and non-verbal communication specifically, impact the effectiveness of electronic communication (email, text etc.) as a communication tool within organizations.
2. Describe situations in an organizational setting in which you think email should be used and situations in which you think email should not be used as the primary medium for communication. Why?
3. Provide a set of guidelines that an organization might use with respect to email or other electronic communication medium for internal and external communications.
