Fire Insurance Premium 12.000 Compute the Taxable Income from House Property of Mr. Rupesh for the Assessment year 2018-19 {3 Marks) 0R Q 3. Mr. Dev Shanna is owner of two houses at Jaipur. The first house. Municipal Valuation of which is Rs. 2.25.000 per annum, is occupied for self-residence and the second house. Municipal Valuation of which is Rs. 1.40.000 was let out for Residential Purpose at the rent of Rs.14.250 per month.
