Problem Statement:

You are the leader of the task force and are assigned to correct the problems that resulted in the robot accident. Slowly over the course, you are introduced to several factors within the corporation that contributed to the accident. In the process of correcting the problems you begin to uncover the mistakes that could lead to increased blame on others in the company or could result in placing the sole blame on the programmer who will be charged for the crime. You need to make a decision to expose the faults in the company that created the ripple effect leading up to the death of the operator and find ways to correct the problems.

What would you do?

A company set out to create a robot that operated efficiently but due to unfortunate events a tragic incident has resulted in the death of the operator. It has been reviewed that this occurred due to faulty code written by the programmer, as well as several factors such as issues with team dynamics and failed software testing. You are the leader of a task force that is assigned to correct the problems. What would you do?

1. It is clear that multiple people in the organization share responsibility for the accident but it is up to you to decide to expose from the robotics division chief who pressured to deliver a robot, to the Technotronics employee and software tester who admitted to faking software tests to save the jobs of others, You can elect to expose them in order to bring light to the mistakes the company has made.
