Please help me... my question is to Answer each of the following questions as completely as possible. I just need help elaborating my answers i already have which is down below.

Question 1.Identify at two relevantEnvironmental Forcesthat both Kodak and Fuji Film faced with the changing environment of the photographic industry and how consumers take pictures.Explain how the two forces you chose impacted these companies and the industry. (Remember you will find the FiveEnvironmental Forces from Chapters 1that will help you answer this question.)

Question 2. What did Fuji Film do differently than Kodak when faced with the same Environmental Forces that successfully transformed Fuji Film where as Kodak went bankrupt?

Kodak and Fuji are not known producer of cameras; however, they differ in core business which was centered on film and post sales processing. Kodak believed in a strategy which like printer manufacturers who make money in cartridges. The trouble started in when colored photo print became less preferred over digital. Digital cameras saw a boom but get lost soon. The core business of film and post-processing; and the commercialization of digital cameras did not help in revering losses. Gradually digital cam also lasts the trend in bringing photographs on social media.

Fuji realized that organization may not rely on the photography and diversified in different lines. Fuji also developed M&A route as per market intelligence.They acquired companies that has penetrated a market and mix their assets with its expertise. With this the company meet its demand in manufacturing and produce good output. the company also acquired Toyoma Chemical to stay in track. They also forayed in the healthcare segment, brought a radiopharmaceutical company. It also reinforced its existing ventures such as Fuji-Xerox which later became a consolidated subsidiary.
