The condition is capable of realization according to nature, law, public policy, or good customs. 4. The fulfillment of the condition gives rise to the obligation. 5. The fulfillment of the condition extinguishes the obligation. TEST II. TRUE OR FALSE (5 pts each) 1. Waiver for future fraud is valid. 2. If a person obliged to do something, does it in contravention of the tenor of the obligation, the same shall be executed at his cost. 3. Fortuitous events by definition are extraordinary events that are avoidable. 4.
