As a researcher, I'm interested in finding out whether there are differences in favorability ratings of TikTok between younger people (i.e., less than 20 years old) and older people (i.e., 20 years old or older). I collect two samples of younger and older students from our class to answer this question. My sample of younger students has n, = 20 with a TikTok rating of M, = 6.7 and SS = 116. My sample of older students has n, = 33 with a TikTok rating of M. = 5.9 and SS = 364.
