Im 34 year old and have 14 yrs worked experiend. I worked for a big insurnace Company call Metlife. I was a Resource specialist for this Dental Insurance. My responsability was to help agents find solutions for problems they cannot resolved. If customers were not satisfied or their problems were not solved, they transferred their calls to me. I also helped out as back up team manager, quality analyst and trainer. I worked there for 12 years. As a team manager, the responsability was to share and upload daily numbers. Making sure the team was reaching target. Doing one-on-one weekly with each team member. Creating action plans, job aids and giving coaching to members that were having problems reaching goals. As a quality Analist, I had to listen to a certain number of calls and grading them based on Insurance guidelines. Also creating job aids when guidelines were changed. As a trainer, I help out each booth camp, making sure that they learned the necesarry material, gived them real samples of daily issues. I started working remotely since pandemic.

Then I decided to leave and work as a 3rd party analyst for Orthofi, which helps dental offices administered patients insurances benefits. Worked 100% remotely as well with the client. Helping analizyng data such as payments, patient benfits, updating and adjustisg patients contract. Sending emails. Updating provider{s profile with the insurances. Contacting patient{s and dental offices when needed. The cannel of communication that I had with the client was through an app call SLACK.

What I found rewarding working remotely is that I dont have to spend 4hrs traffic. I spend more time with my family.
