a) If I want to access the value in the 3rd row, 5th column, what would my index values be?

myData [ ][ ]

b) Write code (not a complete method) to copy row 4 of the array in problem a) to row 2.

c) Write code (not a complete method) to exchange column 5 and column 7 of the array in problem a).
